About Us

EasyInsites was founded by Charles Pearson and Jo Winning in March 2009.  Both Charles and Jo were most recently in executive roles at Research Now, a leading global online panel and fieldwork company that was acquired by e-Rewards in January 2010.  Charles and Jo have also worked in senior roles at several other leading online research companies including MarketTools, comScore, Lightspeed, and Greenfield/Ciao.  Their combined experience is 44 years with key roles in the areas of analytics, research methods, panel management, client service, quantitative, qualitative, syndicated,  online fieldwork and panels across many industries including FMCG, media, retail, financial services, telecom, and IT.

The vision for EasyInsites is to deliver unique and advanced, easier and cost effective, high quality online research to end clients, organisations, and boutique research agencies who seek our expertise in online research and in particular with building, maintaining and utilising custom panels.

With EasyInsites clients can work on a full, assisted, or self-service basis since we offer as little or as much support as our clients need to run their projects successfully.  In addition, EasyInsites has introduced a full range of unique and advanced online research products to ensure that our clients derive maximum value out of their custom panels.  Even without a custom panel, our clients can turn to EasyInsites for their online research needs, since we offer a full range of easier and more cost efficient research products plus direct access to hundreds of panels containing over 3 million panelists across more than 40 countries.

Below are quotations from some of our clients:

"Awesome on so many levels!!!"
CEO, Specialty Food Company

"Presentation was clear, user friendly and perfect for the research conclusions."
Market Insights Analyst, Global Beverages Company

"Communication was great during this project."
Research & Strategy Manager, Global Media Agency

"People who you can do business with!"
Research Manager, Media Company

"The team was great and made the entire process extremely smooth and professional. We are very happy with the service."
Insights Manager, Government Department

"The flexibility of the team, and response rate to questions. Very personal service."
Consumer Insights Manager, Global FMCG Company

"What stands out are innovative methodologies and techniques, very experienced personnel, and opportunity to open panel up to others."
Research Planner, Global Food Company

"The EasyInsites team is open and collaborative and they clearly place client relationships at the heart of what they do. Of course all of us clients like to feel valued but we especially feel this was – they are clearly thinking about us even when we don’t have a live project on the go, and on more than one occasion have suggested ‘extra curricular’ collaborations which have been fun and thought-provoking to take part in, as well as being beneficial for our respective businesses in demonstrating our specialisms to a wider research audience."
Research Manager, Business Services Company

"EasyInsites never fails to provide us with research solutions that exceed our best hopes. This is best captured by a recent instance where we solicited bids for a project calling for a sample of extremely high income individuals with a penchant for philanthropy. The responses from the largest, most well-known vendors were both exorbitantly priced and encumbered with caveats. That was the polar opposite of what we heard from EasyInsites who proposed a very reasonably priced solution with no qualifications. The level of dedication and collaboration is generally unheard of in our experience, but not in the case of EasyInsites."
VP, Research Director, Media Agency
